Refund policy
Return Window We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been worn, used, or washed. Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer. Items returned without original packaging or tags. Gift cards. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@gymste.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, return address, and any additional instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated return shipping costs range from 30 SAR to 80 SAR depending on the size and weight of the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit of equal value if you prefer.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@gymste.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. In the case of confirmed damage or defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@gymste.com and we will assist you.
